Looking for a box

You'd think looking for a box would be relatively easy, but I'm having trouble finding one to put Miranda Moonstone's parcel in. I might have to give up and go to the Muggle Post office where Muggles post their letters and parcels. Apparently they are not delivered by owls at all (how odd), but rather by post men and women who go door to door with thep parcels/letters. Imagine all that work they they do everyday!

I like going into Muggle places cause it is all very exciting. I hope I don't stand out too much I can never figure out the money. I might spend some time there just getting to see what goes on, as this is pretty facinating. Miranda is a Muggle, I wonder if I should ask her some questions. I'm always very shy around Muggles, they seem to know so much more than I do about "things."

Anyways after I get the box which I've been told they have there, I will pack up the parcel, but first I need to do some wrapping etc, as it makes it more exciting to unwrap a few things.

I just hope Miranda likes her parcel, there is some pretty funny stories to go along with some things, which I will write down for her. She will no doubt shake her head and roll her eyes at my sheer blondeness. Sometimes I just don't have the patience for rules, regulations, or any other step by step instructions (which will be apparent let me tell you!)

There will be two parcels instead of one because well that is what has happened. One is coming from me, one is coming from My great-uncle Jim because well, he knows about certain Muggle things which has come in handy for this swap. I'm just hoping his owl makes it sometime this week because the poor thing is quite old. I'm thinking he'll be taking lots of rest breaks along the route.

If you see an old owl Miranda with a beard, that would be him. I have no idea why he has a beard, but I have my suspicions it is actually my other great-uncle Frank. Must do some digging on that subject.

Olie (my spider's nickname!) has told me we have to get a map to get to the post office cause he doesn't know about these things either. Then I have to go to the hospital to visit my friend whose guts exploded out of his body after doing a spell. He's okay now, but he is missing some bits apparently. I should ask him what spell he was doing so I can avoid that one myself.

Olie is being very bossy, I'm wondering who forgot to wrap up their fruit in the dormitory!
